SPIRITUAL OVERSIGHT OF CHURCHES
In 1995 Mike established Lideres Cristianos de Guatemala as the legal, spiritual, and financial covering of all the ministry outreaches in Guatemala. During the next four years, six churches were planted--with pastors who graduated from the Ministerial Bible Training Center that began from the luncheon in Mike and Pat's home.

Maintaining an apostolic relationship in order to firmly establish the churches, Lideres Cristianos de Guatemala provides pastoral care, finances and spiritual support.

With the momentum of the apostolic anointing, Mike was led to pastor a church--Centro de Avivamiento--in the inner city of Guatemala. The average offering received at this church is approximately $10.00 per person, per month!

The personal experience of pastoring this church fosters a deeper understanding and spiritual empathy as Mike walks in the apostolic anointing. The spiritual and financial needs are many--and in turn, depend on faithful stateside support!
